Carlo needed a new co-packer for his growing brand. Having a hard time finding a reputable close to home facility he decided to opened up his own facility. He started with his brand and opened the doors for other brands also looking for a mid-size co-manufacturing facility. Vivio's Artisan Gluten Free was born.
